How someone is successful in school
Being successful in school is a good foundation for a successful career. Most students who have been successful in school have clearer plans on what they want to do or become in the future. They have focus and direction in life.
But success does not only rely on them. For sure they also have a good support system that helped them to be successful. First would be the parents. Caring, understanding, supportive, patient and loving parents would do everything for a better future for their child. The support from the parents can be of different levels. If a child is innately naturally driven, then parents need not exert a lot of effort but would just be guiding the child.
Teachers also have a very large role. For children who are successful in sports, coaches play a big role in their lives. If the teachers give enough guidance and that if they provide quality education to the student, then learning is not compromised. They should also be consistent in guiding the student. At the same time the student also has to be receptive of the lessons being tackled.
Then there are the friends. Peer pressure is one thing that affects a student’s attitude and character because they spend most of their time with them, especially teenagers. If the child belongs to a set of friends who are supportive to him or her in his or her studies, then it is a very big help in his or her achievements.
On the part of the student, he or she should be receptive to ideas. As lessons are gradual introduced to them, it will be easier to gasp if the student is interested with the topic. If the student excels more in non academic fields such as music, sports or etc, helping them hone these skills by providing training in any aspect of their interest is also advisable.
